1973 Ford F-250

1973 Ford F250 High Boy Here is a nice 73 F-250 Highboy Ranger XLT Check out my store for more great Unique and Classic Cars. Make sure and check out the Video below. This truck is a sweet truck and a true High Boy. It has the original 360 that does run but does have a couple issues that I didn't fix and am just disclosing. It may have a bad negative ground and that's why it died on me in the video. I do not want to drive it much because I don't want to hurt the engine. It has some upper engine noise that may be the oil pump not pumping enough oil or a cam bearing or something like that. Just figure that it needs engine work. How much??? I DON'T KNOW!!! This is a nice project truck that just needs some work. This truck is a 4x4. The whole underneath has been upgraded with shocks, leaf springs, skid plates, an upgraded front straight axle, and two extra fuel tanks and also has the factory fuel tank behind the seat. Has aftermarket gauges for all the fuel tanks. The truck shows 65K Miles and there is no way to tell for sure but I do believe that the miles are original. Under the hood and undercarriage are clean and dry as can be. Make sure to watch the video I do a complete walk around of the truck inside and out and even start it up. The exterior of truck is very nice. It is a dark metallic brown in color and the paint has a very nice shine to it. It looks like it was parked in a garage most of the time. The body is just straight as can be on this truck. It has the nice big aftermarket bumpers on the front and back. It has a very nice wench mounted on the front with spotlights there also. It has a plastic bed liner in it that is very nice for keeping the bed of your truck clean and looking good. It has a very nice set of aftermarket wheels that are black and have the chrome lips. These look very good on the truck and I don't think were put on that long ago because the show hardly any road wear. The tires are a newer set of BFGoodrich All Terrain Tires that I would say have at least 90% tread left. These are very nice tires that have a lot of miles left on them. Options: Automatic Transmission 360 V8 10,000lb Wench Duar Liner Bed Liner Aftermarket Wheels Dual Fuel Tanks Upgraded Underneath Skid Plates The interior is very nice on this truck. It has the black and brown two tone interior which I like. The bench seat is in very good condition that has a cover on it and shows almost no signs of wear. The original seat is in good condition but does show some wear and does have some splits in it. It has the rubberized flooring that hardly looks like it has been stepped on. which I really like because it looks good and is easier to keep clean. Everything on the interior is very nice from the door panels, headliner, and dash. Someone spent the time keeping this truck is pristine condition over the years. This is just a super cool truck that you don't see to many like these days. This truck is as clean as they come. It is a project truck that needs work. Few rust spots on both front fenders, rear of cab, and along the drip rail and front of roof. Paint faded on top surfaces and tailgate. Corrosion on seam of rear bumper. Don't have controller for wench. Hasn't been registered since 2005. Dome light cracked. Headliner sagging just a little bit. Original seat a little worn.
