1975 International Scout II

1975 International Harvester Scout II Here is a very cool International Scout II XLC. Check out my store for more great Unique and Classic Cars. Make sure and check out the Video below. This is a very cool truck and rare. You just don't see to many like this anymore. This is an XLC which stands for Extra Load Capacity that has the upgraded springs. When was the last time you saw one of these. This truck has the biggest motor they offered in the 345 V8. The engine is seized up I think just from sitting to long. The truck was only registered until 1986 which was the last year it was registered. I'm not sure what it would take to get it running. This truck also has the Automatic transmission (Clutch Delete) which is also a rare option on these with the 4x4. It has the original build sheet that I show in the pictures below and in the video and it shows you everything this Scout II came with factory. The odometer shows 29K miles and there is no way of telling what the actual miles are for sure but I know it is a 1 Owner Truck and very clean. Under the hood and undercarriage are clean and dry as can be. Make sure to watch the video I do a complete walk around of the car inside and out. This is a 1 Owner Truck The exterior of this Scout is very nice. It does have the usual wear and tear of any older vehicle but overall is very nice. The paint is in nice condition and has a nice shine to it. There is also a white stripe along the bottom. The body is straight on this truck. These have a very unique look to them. All of the trim and chrome is in good condition and the chrome just shines in the sun. It has a big bar mounted on the top is factory option. The build sheet will show you everything else that came factory. The wheels to have some surface rust and need to be sanded down and repainted and would look great. The tires are an older set of Cooper Discovery that have lots of tread left. Options: Automatic Transmission (Clutch Delete) 345 V8 4x4 Front & Rear Chrome Bumpers Factory 19 Gallon Fuel Tank & Skid Plate Air Conditioner Storage Box Console (Rare) XLC (Extra Load Capacity) The interior is nice on this truck but could use some restoration. The front seats are dry and do have a couple spots where they are coming apart. The back seats are a lot nicer and only have one bad spot on the drivers side. Other then that they look great. The carpets look great and are in nice condition and all the factory rubber flooring is still in it and in very good shape. The door panels, dash, and headliner are all very nice. I like all of the real wood trim on the dash and around the shifter. The back is very nice and has the rubberized flooring that is in very good condition. Also has the full size spare tire. Makes it look very nice. Make sure to watch the video I go through and show you everything. This Scout II is just a very nice truck and rare to see. The carpets have some wear spots in them. Small dents in the back. Bumpers have slight surface rust. Paint is slightly faded and starts of surface rust spots in places.
