1976 Volvo 240

1976 Volvo 262GL Here is a very nice and rare 76 262 GL coupe. This car is in excellent condition and very cool. Check out my store for more great Unique and Classic Cars. Make sure and check out the Video below. This is a great running car. It has the 6 cyl. engine that starts right up and runs great. I have driven this car around some and it is a tight car and you can tell it only has 69K Original Miles. It does have the issue of when you stop and shut the car off and have it in park it will still roll away. You have to pull the Emergency Brake so your car doesn't roll away. Someone took very good care of the car over the years and it shows. Under the hood and undercarriage are clean and dry as can be along with the rest of the car. The exterior of this car is beautiful. It is a Light Metallic Gold color. I have the hood, roof, and trunk repainted because it was faded and clear coat was peeling. Nothing major this is just a rare car and I couldn't leave it with faded paint. So all of the top surfaces have fresh paint and the rest of the paint is in excellent condition. There is jsut a few minor scratches that you have to really look to see. Has the factory painted wheels with chrome center caps and beauty rings. All of which are in excellent condition. Has a very nice set of Micheline Tires that have lots of tread life left. Power Windows Work A/C Needs Recharged Sunroof Is Manual and Works The interior is in very good condition on this car but is not perfect. The leather seats look great but there are some spots where the leather got dry and is a little worn. There isn't any rips or tears anywhere and overall the look great. The carpets are in great shape The are tan in color and there is a couple spots that have been faded by the sun. Nothing major but it is noticeable. The dash doesn't have any cracks in it and the door panels are in good condition. Everything in the car works. Car came with a lot of options for a 76 and to still have everything look this good and work still is rare. Car Only Has 69K Original Miles This car is just a rare beauty that you won't see many of. They didn't make many of these coupes without the chopped top like this one. Which makes this car very rare.
