1979 Pontiac Trans Am Here is a nice clean body 1979 Pontiac Trans Am. The car does not have a motor. It came factory with the 6.6L 400 and automatic transmission. This car does have T-Tops. Someone used the car for an Oval Track car so all of the rear end gears have been changed out for that kind of racing. Also has an aftermarket B&M Shifter which was top of the line back in the day. The body is straight on this car but does have some surface rust starting in places as you can see. Nothing major but should be fixed at some point. The hood has hood pins. It is dark green in color and the paint is in ok condition. It has a nice aftermaret set of Wheels and Tires that are extra wide for racing but one of the front wheels is different. The interior is clean and really doesn't need a whole lot of work. The seats are a little dirty but are not all tore up and are actually in really good condition for a car like this. The carpet does have some stains. This is a complete car on the inside. This is a very nice project car that someone put some money into making it a nice car. It has just been sitting around for awhile. All you need is an engine and you are good to go. Don’t bid till you read this Vehicle Disclosures of Condition: This car does not have a motor. The gears have been switched out with oval track racing gears. There is some surface rust in spots. One of the front wheels are different. This is a non running project car that is in need of restoration. The car was a runner but has been sitting for awhile and not sure what it would take to get it running.
