1980 Mercedes Benz 280CE This is a very nice 80' 280CE Coupe. It has the 2.8L Straight 6 engine. Good clean, running car. This car is a good running car. I believe that it needs a tune up it runs good but it is a little rough at a idle. I believe it needs plug wires. The car does have some oil leaks. It does NOT leave a puddle of oil under it but im sure if you really look at it it will have a few wet spots on the gaskets/motor somewhere. The car fires right up, runs, drives, and shifts great. This car is a very cool body style that you don't see everyday. It is a very nice 2 door coupe. It is yellow in color. All the chrome on this car is beautiful. On the front passenger fender there is a spot where it looks like maybe they hit something and tried to repair it and never got it painted. There is a dent in the driver's door and a scratch in the back drivers fender. The rubber trim around the windows is kind of chewed up but does not allow water in or anything just doesn't look that good. There is a slight bit of paint or clear coat peeling on the hood and some rust around the gas cover but nothing major as you can see in the pictures. EVERYTHING is real up front and can be seen in my Video below... The interior of this car is really clean. The seats, carpet, and door panels are all beautiful. The drivers seat does have a few tears in it but nothing to bad. This car has Power Windows, Power Antenna, Cruise Control, A/C, which im sure needs a recharge.. and a Sunroof. It has a full size spare tire in the trunk which is also beautiful and very clean. You don't see many cars in this Model. The front drivers fender has some damage that was repaired just never painted. There is one dent in the drivers door and there is a scratch on the back drivers fender. A piece of the plastic on the back bumper is missing looks like they might have hit something with it. The rubber molding around the windows is chewed up. Some of the clear coat is peeling on the hood. The drivers seat has a couple tears in it. The bottom inside part of the door panels on both doors is rusted through as you can see in the pictures. If you are looking for a unique car that you don't see alot of this is the car for you. It runs good, needs minimal work, and is a good clean car. There are about $500 in back fees due in California on this car that will have to be paid in order to get a title on this car.
